The Registration Form is to be complete below online:
Please take note of the following:
* if classes from the same school choose different days to visit, a separate form is required for each day.
* it is understood that numbers are based on expected Fall 2012 registration and may be adjusted upon arrival when Attendance Summary is submitted.
* schools paying by invoice method, will be given invoice upon arrival. Cheques are to be made payable to IPM 2012 and are required within 5 days of the visit.
* schools paying with cheque the day of trip will receive a receipt upon arrival.
* confirmation of registration will be made by e-mail.
