Deadline for sending in ‘Ticket Order’ and payment is September 1, 2012 in order to have the tickets mailed back out.     

Please Note:  Tickets are on a first come, first serve basis.  Tickets will be mailed upon receipt of payment. Tickets purchased after September 1^st, will not be mailed (but will be confirmed by phone.)  The tickets will be held at the IPM office on site or for pick-up the night of the banquet.

ALL Tickets must be paid for in advance.

Tickets will be sold until Tuesday, September 18^th at 5:00 pm.

This is in order to guarantee the number meals that will be ordered.  No Exceptions.

To avoid being disappointed with not being able to get a ticket to the Celebration of Excellence, please purchase your ticket(s) well in advance.
