2012 IPM Quilt Auction

We invite you to view this item on line and place a bid. (Silent Auction concept).

1. How to place a bid:
You will be able to place a bid online, which will include your name, address, telephone number and the amount you wish to bid. There has been a reserved bid placed on the quilt and bids will be accepted by $25.00 increments. Bids will be updated on a daily basis.

2. Information about the item: This Quilt was made by local Volunteers from within Waterloo Region. This quilt was machine pieced and hand quilted. Approx. Size: Queen/King (98×104)

3. This quilt will be available for bids online up to September 29th, 2012, 5:00 pm. In addition, the quilt will be available for Silent Auction during the Quilt and Garden Show, August 10 – 11, 2012, in New Dundee, ON and during the 2012 Waterloo Region International Plowing Match and Rural Expo, September 18 – 22nd, 2012, in Roseville, ON. Bids from both the Silent and Online Auctions will be updated on a continual basis, in order to represent the current bid.

4. Winner: We will close bids September 29, 2012, 5:00 pm (EST) and announce the winner, effective at that time. Winners will be contacted by telephone and/or email on that date.

5. Tie-breaking: If a bid shows a conflict then both parties will be contacted and the situation will be reviewed with an additional bid alternative.

6. The winner will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs, to be determined at the end of the auction.

7. Payment by the winner will be made by cash, certified cheque or money order, (in Canadian funds) payable to the ‘2012 Waterloo Region IPM’.
