Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the IPM2012. We appreciate your interest. As the event draws closer, we find ourselves with about 1200 volunteers registered and we believe that should be enough. We will put your name and contact info on a waiting list but please note that we can not guarantee that you will be contacted. We thank you for your interest and hope that you will come out to the Roseville during the IPM2012 – Sept. 18th to 22nd. The IPM 2012 collects the information below to ensure effective communication, volunteer recognition, volunteer safety and the assurance that groups are matched appropriately to their skills and/or interests to ensure a positive experience for all. The IPM 2012 will not publish, share or sell their volunteer lists.

The relationship between the IPM 2012 and volunteers is an “at will” arrangement and it may be terminated at any time without cause by either the volunteer or the IPM 2012.

The Ontario Plowmen’s Association, the parent host of the 2012 International Plowing Match and Rural Expo, carry Liability Insurance to cover IPM Volunteers. This covers IPM Volunteers travelling directly to and from meetings as well as working at the IPM Site before, during and after IPM 2012. It is mandatory that Volunteers “Sign-In” at all meetings and work activities.
