IPM 2012 is please to offer RV Camping from Saturday, Sept. 15 to Sunday Sept. 23, 2012.

Campers will be accepted from 8:00am until 7:00pm daily. Campers arriving after this time will be placed in a holding area until next morning.

We have water in Waterloo Region, and will be sharing it with our 2012 RV Park guests . With careful consideration, the executive members of the 2012 Waterloo Region IPM Committee have unanimously decided to install water services to our 2012 IPM R.V. Park. The executive committee members who attended IPM 2011 witnessed an effective and practical water installation and plan to build on the learning from Prescott and Russell.

Come and enjoy our hospitality, wash that dust off your feet every evening, and head over to check out the fun in the entertainment tent.

 

Advanced Registration

Advanced Reservation must be submitted on the reservation form and requires a cheque with payment, including the HST.  Post dated cheques will not be accepted and NSF cheques will be charged an additional $30.00 fee.  Make cheques Payable to the   IPM 2012.

We cannot guarantee a specific site as sites will be booked first come, first server. However, if you would like to request a specific site area, please add you request under the “comments” section of the Registration Form, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All pets must be leashed. Poop and scoop is a must.

Refunds will be issued minus a $25 administration fee.

Cancellations must take place prior to 12:00 (noon) on August 15, 2012. No refunds will be issued after this date. Persons leaving the match early will not be reimbursed for the unused portion of their weekly site fees.  Early camping sites will be available.

Group Booking

We will do our best to accommodate group booking requests. If you wish to reserve a group of sites, then all registration forms must be mailed together in the same envelope and be clearly marked as a group.
