Must arrange own transportation service and a bus/ shuttle or large van must be used. Cars are not acceptable. Please call to register. Once registered, download and fill out the transportation subsidy form and bring it to the match with your invoice. Once the number of passengers is verified we will pay you the amount accordingly!
